Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Senior Developer to join our team and lead the development of production‑ready AI agents using Amazon Bedrock Agent Core. This role requires expertise in building scalable, secure, agentic AI systems that can operate autonomously across enterprise environments.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and deploy AI agents using the Amazon Bedrock Agent Core platform
Build multi‑agent workflows with agent‑to‑agent (A2 A) communication capabilities
Integrate agents with enterprise systems using Model Context Protocol (MCP) and OAuth‑enabled services
Develop custom tools and integrations through Agent Core Gateway (AWS services, third‑party APIs, Lambda functions)
Optimize agent performance, token usage, and cost efficiency
Collaborate with security and compliance teams to implement policy controls and governance
