Senior AI Engineer – LLM & SLM | Production AI for Regulated Enterprises

What you’ll do

  • Fine-tune LLMs and build high-accuracy SLMs
  • Design instruction tuning & alignment pipelines
  • Build RAG + agentic AI workflows
  • Control hallucinations with robust evaluation frameworks
  • Deploy models in secure, private environments


What we’re looking for

  • 4–6 yrs ML/NLP experience, 3+ yrs LLM-focused
  • Hands-on LLaMA/Mistral/Falcon fine-tuning
  • Strong PyTorch + production Python
  • Experience with LoRA/QLoRA/distillation
  • Comfortable with GPUs, Docker, Kubernetes
