This role bridges engineering, sales, marketing, and client engagement. You will shape our AI roadmap, mentor teams, support pre-sales, and drive thought leadership through whitepapers and research-driven content.




Key Responsibilities:

AI Strategy and Innovation

  • Define and evolve Crossml’s AI vision and roadmap
  • Evaluate emerging AI technologies and guide adoption decisions
  • Drive innovation across AI services and internal products

Engineering Leadership

  • Mentor and guide AI engineering teams
  • Review solution architecture and technical designs
  • Ensure best practices in ML, LLMOps, and scalable AI systems
  • Support complex problem solving in client projects
