Role Impact:

Fable is looking for an Art Director to shape the creative voice of our brand — and to help us become the Aesop of home decor. This is a senior creative role for someone who can set the visual tone across everything we do, lead a small in-house team, and bring more humanity, warmth, and craft to how Fable shows up in the world. If you believe great design tells a story — and that the best brands feel like a place, not just a logo — we'd love to meet you.

Responsibilities:

- Own the creative direction for all major brand moments — including Holiday, BFCM, product launches, and product merchandising stories — from initial concept through final execution.
