Overview

Clash of Clans is expanding beyond the game, with related visuals appearing in trailers, campaigns, toys, and collaborations. The visual identity must stay true to what players love while feeling fresh, as we modernise our production pipelines and deepen external partnerships.

Responsibilities

  • Own the art direction strategy at a senior level.
  • Set the vision for how the IP is presented across all surfaces and touchpoints.
  • Build the conditions for high-quality work and ensure consistency of the visual identity across all media.
  • Steer the IP with confidence across every surface it touches.

Qualifications

  • Experience leading art direction on stylised games.
  • Strong IP and brand instincts.
  • Leadership experience in senior art teams.
  • Experience managing outsourcing pipelines.
