Armament Trainer

Job Description:

• Design, develop, and deliver engaging and effective training programs for technicians
• Conduct hands-on training sessions on basic mechanical and electrical systems, diagnostic tools, repair techniques, and industry trends.
• Assess trainees’ performance, provide constructive feedback, and identify areas for improvement.
• Work with subject matter expert on individual systems in preparing training material and conducting training
• Collaborate with management to identify skills gaps and address them through targeted training initiatives.
• Facilitate both classroom and on-the-job training sessions.
• Evaluate training effectiveness and suggest improvements to ensure continuous learning and development.
