In this role you support the European Order Management function, handling order and returns workflows and coordinating with Sales, Finance and 3PL partners. You will primarily manage Amazon-related returns and disputes, ensuring accurate processing from Oracle to final resolution. You help drive process improvements and automation in a fast-paced, multi-country environment.
