Job Description

Qualifications:
  • AA or BS in Industrial Technology, Manufacturing, or Engineering, 1–3 years of experience in a technical environment, ideally within a manufacturing or hardware startup.
  • Experience with Arena PLM, OnShape CAD. Familiarity with cloud-native CAD & PLM software. (Other cloud CAD or PLM software are also acceptable)
  • Basic understanding of Bill of Materials (BOM) structures and Engineering Change management, part numbering systems (internal vs Manufacturers parts)
  • Familiar with workflow between Onshape and Arena to ensure that Released CAD versions automatically trigger or update the corresponding Arena items.
  • Familiarity with authoring SOPs, instructions, user guides…etc.
  • Ability to train new and existing users on Arena and OnShape
  • Excellent communications (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work on-site in Emeryville 5 days/week
