Job Description Area Vice President of Hospice Business Development – East Texas & Louisiana Hospice care provides compassionate support for patients and their families during the end of life. Our teams deliver emotional, spiritual, medical, and comfort‑focused care during life‑limiting circumstances. We are seeking an Area Vice President of Hospice Business Development to oversee growth and sales operations across East Texas and Louisiana. This high‑impact leadership role will direct field strategy, manage sales execution, and drive performance across 8 locations : Houston, Beaumont, Conroe, Harlingen, Baton Rouge, Alexandria, Shreveport, and Lafayette. The AVP will oversee a total team of 25 , with 1 direct report (Area Sales Manager) . This position requires extensive field engagement (3–5 days per week) .
