Position: Area Unit Head – Defence Channel

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead business operations for the assigned defence channel/territory.
  • Develop and execute sales and business development strategies.
  • Manage relationships with defence establishments, government agencies, and key stakeholders.
  • Achieve revenue, profitability, and growth targets.
  • Supervise and mentor regional sales and support teams.
  • Monitor tenders, contracts, procurement opportunities, and project execution.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and government regulations.
  • Prepare business reports, forecasts, and performance reviews.
