Responsibilities

  • Coordinate project work.
  • Manage new account start-ups
  • Manage accurate assessment and delivery of services
  • Follow up and manage results from Quality Assurance inspections and customer communication
  • Manage health and safety protocols on designated sites
  • Perform random documented safety inspections and meetings
  • Monitor and inspect equipment and cleaning products for correct labeling, storage, and condition
  • Manage proper reporting of WCB and liaison between People and Culture representatives
  • Track labor costs through timekeeping using eHub
  • Manage financial aspects of contracts on designated sites
  • Manage supplies on designated sites
  • Manage shift coverage due to vacancy and vacation requests
  • Assist in hiring key staff
