Area Supervisor

ROLE OVERVIEW: As an Area Representative, you will play a critical role in over-seeing the day-to-day operations and ensure effective execution of programs within your designated area. The position requires deep organizational and analytical skills as well as the ability to communicate effectively with various clients to foster a collaborative environment that promotes operational excellence.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Coordinate daily with the Outlet Supervisors and logistics to ensure a smooth and efficient operations

• Engage with team members per assigned outlets, its suppliers and key clients to align on objectives and deliverables

• Develop and implement operational protocols to enhance productivity and service delivery

• Monitor area performance key metrics and report on its progress toward its goal
