Job Description
Job responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day operations and ensuring smooth operation of the respective in-charged outlets; e.g., daily sales closing.
- To ensure outlet staff strictly follow Standard Operating Procedure (SOP);
- Responsible to bank in daily sales timely;
- To monitor outlet's cleanliness and hygiene standards according to Halal compliance and medical surveillance;
- Responsible for outlet staff hiring, training and attendance;
- Able to travel to several in-charged outlets;
- Review customer surveys to develop and implement ways to improve customer service;
- Perform other assignments as defined and delivered by the Regional Manager.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of working experience;
- Preferably with experience in Food & Beverage retail/Restaurant Service experience is an advantage;
- Good interpersonal and communication skills;
