Job Description

Job responsibilities:

  • Oversee day-to-day operations and ensuring smooth operation of the respective in-charged outlets; e.g., daily sales closing.
  • To ensure outlet staff strictly follow Standard Operating Procedure (SOP);
  • Responsible to bank in daily sales timely;
  • To monitor outlet's cleanliness and hygiene standards according to Halal compliance and medical surveillance;
  • Responsible for outlet staff hiring, training and attendance;
  • Able to travel to several in-charged outlets;
  • Review customer surveys to develop and implement ways to improve customer service;
  • Perform other assignments as defined and delivered by the Regional Manager.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of working experience;
  • Preferably with experience in Food & Beverage retail/Restaurant Service experience is an advantage;
