  • Achieve daily, monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Manage and develop the assigned sales territory effectively.
  • Expand product distribution through potential outlets based on designated categories.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors within the assigned area.
  • Drive market development for TACO products, particularly PVC Board, Hardware, Flooring.
  • Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a Supervisor or Coordinator, preferably in the building materials industry.
  • Proven track record in achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
