Job Description
As a Sales Manager Team, you will be responsible for lead area sales strategy and team performance to achieve targets, analyze market and promotional effectiveness, and ensure strong stakeholder coordination for optimal execution and reporting.
What will you do?
- Develop sales and promotional strategies tailored to local market conditions within the assigned area.
- Take full ownership of achieving and exceeding sales targets set by the company.
- Lead, supervise, coach, motivate, and evaluate the performance of the sales team (including Supervisors and Sales Promotion Leaders/SPL) to ensure optimal results.
- Analyze Snack sales and market data, evaluate the effectiveness of promotional programs, and monitor competitor activities within the area.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, PIC Distributor, retail outlets, and customers to ensure product availability and smooth distribution.
