Job Title: Area Sales Manager (ASM) 

Position Overview:
The Area Sales Manager for Northern Italy will be responsible for managing and expanding business activities within their designated region, covering Northern Italy (EMILIA-ROMAGNA, VENETO, FRIULI-VENEZIA GIULIA, TRENTINO-ALTO ADIGE)

This role involves building strong client relationships, driving revenue growth, and promoting products and services in line with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Business Development & Client Portfolio Management

  • Manage and maintain the existing customer portfolio across Northern Italy
  • Identify and develop new client opportunities, following strategic guidelines.
  • Conduct market research, including monitoring OEMs and competitor filter brands.
  • Collaborate with machinery manufacturers to drive growth in the original equipment market.
