About the Role-

Mars Cosmetics is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Area Sales Manager (ASM) to drive our General Trade business across an assigned area within Delhi/NCR. The ideal candidate will come strictly from the beauty/cosmetics industry, with hands-on experience in General Trade (GT) sales (not counter/Beauty Advisor-led retail).

Key Responsibilities-

• Own and deliver the primary and secondary sales targets for the assigned area through the General Trade channel.
• Manage and evaluate distributors, sub-stockists, and wholesalers within the territory. Build and expand retail coverage across productive outlets (chemists, cosmetics stores, department stores, kirana/general stores) in GT.
