Job Description

Key Responsibilities · Drive sales of E-rickshaw batteries and electric scooters in assigned territory · Achieve monthly, quarterly and yearly sales targets · Appoint new distributors, dealers and sub-dealers · Regular market visits and dealer relationship management · Generate orders and ensure timely dispatch and delivery · Handle collections and ensure minimum outstanding · Conduct market surveys and competitor analysis · Ensure proper branding and product visibility at dealer points · Resolve dealer complaints and service-related issues · Daily reporting and MIS update to management Key Performance Indicators (KPI) · Monthly sales target achievement · Number of new dealers & distributors appointed · Order volume and revenue growth · Ensure clear outstanding dues · Market coverage and visit frequency Requirements · 2–5 years experience in EV / battery / automobile sales · Strong dealer network in local market preferred · Good communication and negotiation skills · Ability to travel ...
