The Sales Area Manager provides leadership and performance oversight for multiple new home communities within a defined territory. This role drives sales results through coaching, accountability, and strategic execution while ensuring a consistent, high quality customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead sales operations across multiple communities to achieve revenue and performance goals
• Coach and develop Sales Representatives through field observation, feedback, and training
• Monitor traffic, conversion rates, backlog, and KPIs; implement strategies to improve results
• Ensure model homes meet brand standards and maintain professional sales environments
• Partner with marketing, Online Sales Concierge, and corporate teams to optimize lead generation
