Job Description
Key Responsibilities Lead the launch and business development of the company’s IVF and women’s health product range in Bengaluru. Build and manage relationships with IVF specialists, infertility consultants, gynaecologists, ART clinics, maternity hospitals, and key opinion leaders. Develop a strong customer universe by identifying and classifying IVF centres, fertility clinics, high-potential gynaecologists, and referral doctors. Manage, guide, and motivate a team of Fertility Business Executives. Prepare territory-wise sales plans, doctor coverage plans, and monthly action plans. Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. Drive product adoption, repeat prescriptions, and account conversion in key IVF centres. Coordinate with distributors, stockists, and pharmacies to ensure product availability and timely billing. Monitor competitor activity, market trends, pricing, schemes, and doctor feedback.
