About the Role

 We are currently recruiting for an Area Sales Manager to service Gold Coast / Brisbane and surrounding regional trips, representing Mars Food in the Independent Grocery channel.

Tier 2 MSO management experience / engagement.

  • Responsibilities
    Increase ranging within your relevant territory, in line with KPI targets
    Sell and execute NPD ranging as per the KPI targets set out
    Sell and execute off location displays to increase brand presence and drive sales in your territory
    Drive seasonal sales by selling in over and above volume deals quarterly
    Effectively manage your store list and store visit frequencies in line with Mars Food Program expectations
    Manage store compliance by ensuring that agreed ranging is as per head office agreement and to planogram
    Merchandise off location displays to support promotional activity.
    Report all activities conducted with store visit on a daily basis
