**What You'll Be Doing**
+ Lead and oversee multiple aggregates operations in Ennis, Clifton, and Gordon, TX, and Ashdown, AR to achieve production, safety, and financial performance goals
+ Drive a strong safety culture by ensuring consistent adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements
+ Collaborate with plant teams to optimize efficiency, quality, and cost control across all assigned locations
+ Develop and coach leaders and team members to build capability, engagement, and succession readiness
