Job Summary:

  • Organize and oversee the operations of several stores. Their responsibility for the overall success of the stores is by setting targets, supervising the service crew, and ensuring they are attained.
  • Responsible for monitoring all existing company/franchise outlets under the area of responsibility. Responsible for the achievement of sales targets, inventory, controls, and quality management of stores.
  • Conduct quality management training for the service crew.
  • Performs monthly audits and quality, service, and customer evaluation of the outlets.
  • Implement and maintain all local and marketing initiatives.
  • Provide reports on outlet visits as well as its sales performance.
  • Provide weekly itinerary and petty cash replenishment.
  • Responsible for hiring and training service crews.
