Job Description

Amazon Transportation Services (ATS) Mexico is hiring an Area Manager Jr. to lead mid-mile operations, drive safety in yard environments, and ensure on-time performance.

In this role you will own area metrics, coach a team of 10+ employees, and implement process improvements using Lean Six Sigma and Kaizen methodologies.

A bachelor's degree and English fluency are required, with flexibility for rotating shifts including nights and weekends.
