Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations and commercial performance of four GoGym branches, ensuring strong execution across sales, service, and facilities
• Drive membership sales, personal training sales, and upselling activities across all locations, in line with targets set by the Executive Team
• Generate and submit weekly sales and performance reports for review by the Executive Team, highlighting key KPIs and recommending action plans
• Supervise and support frontline teams (coaches, sales, and maintenance staff), including scheduling, performance evaluation, and training
• Implement and enforce GoGym SOPs, ensuring consistent execution of cleanliness, safety, facility upkeep, and customer service standards
• Track and analyze daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs, including member retention, net member movement, NPS, PT conversion, and sales performance
