Our client is a growing premium fashion brand with a strong focus on craftsmanship, service excellence, and client relationships. They have been expanding their presence in Singapore, and are looking for an Area Manager to support their next phase of growth.
This is a hands-on, people-led role for a retail leader who loves being on the shop floor, knows how to motivate teams, and is ready to take ownership of multiple stores.
About The Role
Reporting to the Country Manager, you will oversee 2 boutiques initially but will help with scaling them to 3–4 stores within the year. You will assist with driving sales performance, maintaining high retail and service standards, and developing the retail teams to deliver consistent results across Singapore. As part of that, you will:
Lead and deliver multi-store sales targets and key retail KPIs (conversion, AOV, UPT, productivity, repeat customers).
