Area Manager

• Ensure that the store´s general and daily operations are conducted according to the companys rules and regulations.
• Take all steps necessary for having excellent store employees.
• Ensure the lowest possible costs and highest productivity for all operations and procedures.
• Work in cooperation with all other departments in order to let the Company achieve better results and be more successful.

Responsibilities:

• Visit each store at least every other day, check the cash balance (including safe) at least once a week and to draw up a store visit report per store at least once in a week. The store visit report has to be discussed in person with the Store Manager.
• Decide on hirings and dismissals of store employees, except Store Managers and deputies.
• Check the physical inventory counting of his stores and approves the counts.
