Area Manager Sales

To
develop strategy for achieving continuous sales and profit growth in the
assigned region/area through collective efforts of the team

Core Responsibilities:

To contribute building of the business strategy and lead the implementation of the strategy for the region/area
To grow sales with targeted product profitability within assigned region/area
To lead, coach/mentor and develop the team for Making technical presentations and demonstrating how a product will meet customers’ needs
Providing pre-sales technical assistance and product education
Ability to ‘Negotiate and close’ sales
Managing after-sales support services
Ability to make forecasts – Long Term (5 years plan), Annual, Monthly, Weekly
To identify, plan and deliver business development initiatives
Maintaining relationships and growing business with existing customers
To report on market and mega trends
