Area Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage end-to-end housing construction projects from planning to turnover
• Oversee site operations, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with quality standards
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, consultants, contractors, and suppliers
• Monitor project schedules, manpower allocation, materials, and equipment
• Ensure compliance with building codes, safety standards, and company policies
• Prepare progress reports and present updates to management
• Manage cost control, billing evaluation, and change orders

Qualifications:

• Licensed Civil Engineer (preferred)
• Minimum of 5–10 years of experience in housing or residential subdivision projects
• Strong background in site management, project planning, and cost control
• Knowledgeable in structural, architectural, and MEPFS works
