Job Description

Amazon in Mexico is seeking an Area Manager for our new Inbound Cross Dock IXD facility in Lerma, Estado de México. You will lead multiple teams of hourly associates, coach other managers, and ensure safety, quality, attendance, and high performance across operations.

You will drive strategic initiatives, optimize processes, manage inventory flow from vendors to Fulfillment Centers, and implement new technologies to enhance efficiency.
