Reports to: Operation Manager

• Undertake necessary planning to ensure the stores’ financial objectives particularly sales and profitability targets are met.
• Focus on the customer, review the performance of all operational aspects of the stores and take necessary actions to improve performance.
• Maintain in-store standards and housekeeping, manage stock availability, customer service and the store environment
• Ensure the company’s operation procedures are complied, ensure that the store’s assets and personnel are safeguarded and that necessary security procedures are adopted
• Lead, train and develop store personnel to ensure that they are equipped to deliver the store’s targets.
• Mangage all operational costs within the stores and ensure necessary control over such expenditure
