Area Manager Role and Responsibilities

1. Driving Retail Sales (Sell Out)

  • Achieving the sellout targets set for the retail shops in the managed area and improving the company's retail share in the retail shops.
  • Visiting distributors and shops, maintaining customer relationships, establishing effective partnerships with key partners, building a good company's brand image, and creating customer confidence.
  • Managing premium gifts to support sellout performance in responsible areas.
  • Providing and managing events and activities in responsible areas.
  • Being responsible for the development of both sales and retail strategic plans and successful implementation.
