Responsibilities
- Creation of strategy and programs for the branches handled
- Sales target attainment of all branches handled
- Area expansion and opening
- Operational excellence, ensuring fast turn around time accounts processing
- Establish branch presence through offline and LC channels
- People management and development
- Performs other work-related functions and duties that may be assigned.
Qualifications
- College graduate of any 4 year course
- 4 years and up related experience
- Customer service, strong written and verbal communication skills, leadership skills
- Experience in handling people, processing loan documents and accounts
- Knowledge in OFW and Seaman industry is preferred
