the Inclusive Employment Australia program, you’ll lead and motivate a team of
employment consultants across multiple sites and support them in all aspects of
quality service delivery and performance.

Your Key Responsibilities will include:

  • Oversight of Calder ESA with offices in Airport West, Broadmeadows, Coburg, Craigieburn, Flemington, Meadow Heights, Roxburgh Park, Sunbury
  • Leading and empowering a team of employment consultants to
    deliver sustainable employment outcomes for people with disability
