In this role, you’ll support our Beresfield and broader NSW region by delivering high‑quality aftersales support for our equipment. You’ll help ensure strong performance across spare parts and service operations while contributing to sustainable aftermarket growth and a positive customer experience.

You’ll build trusted, collaborative relationships with customers and internal partners alike, working closely with Product Managers and Service Specialists to understand customer needs and deliver practical, reliable solutions. Through regular face‑to‑face engagement, you’ll represent Weir Group with confidence and authenticity, supported by strong product knowledge and a commitment to inclusive, respectful ways of working.
