KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS:  • Play a strategic leadership role in shaping and implementing the Company’s asset    management strategy while ensuring contractual compliance and operational excellence. • Lead and mentor maintenance teams, fostering a culture of accountability, continuous   improvement, and professional development. • Conduct monthly GMR 2.1 plant inspections and audits, ensuring timely corrective actions    and compliance with regulatory requirements. • Develop implementation of Company’s asset management policy, strategy and objectives. • Manage the maintenance processes to ensure the optimal functioning of production   processes / operations. • Ensure compliance with standard operating procedures, contractual agreements and   safety guidelines. • Drive the implementation and optimization of the Computerised Maintenance   Management System (CMMS), including spares and asset lifecycle management • Champion tec...
