Job Description

We’re looking for a Area Lead Compensation (Group Level) to join us at Telia.

What you’ll do:

As Area Lead Compensation, you will play an important role in developing and maintaining Telia’s group‑wide compensation frameworks across all our markets. Reporting to the Head of Total Reward, you will work with both Reward and labour‑law matters to ensure that our compensation structures, processes and policies are competitive, compliant and well‑functioning.

A key part of the role is to lead Telia’s group‑wide Short‑Term Incentive (STI) framework and the annual salary review process. You will translate our Reward strategy into clear principles, support senior leaders and HR with expert guidance, and work closely with country Reward teams to secure consistent and high‑quality implementation.
