OverviewSector Director (permanent contract, 80%-100%) responsible for managing an early childhood sector composed of three preschool childcare structures subsidized by the City of Geneva. Working conditions are those provided by the collective labor agreement for personnel of early childhood childcare structures of the City of Geneva.ResponsibilitiesReport to the employer committee and ensure the institutional coherence of the sector, compliance with contractual commitments, and the proper functioning of the structures and shared services.Maintain the link with the Early Childhood Service and, in particular, with its finance, technical, and HR units; manage and develop the sector.Accompany and supervise site management (daycare centers or kindergartens); coordinate teams and shared resources; ensure the implementation of the institutional project; guarantee compliance with the objectives set by governance and the subsidizing authority.Supervise financial and HR activities; lead develo...
