Area Collection Manager

We are seeking an Area Collection Manager to assemble and lead a team of committed collection professionals. You will be responsible for effectively managing debtors and non-performing assets (NPAs) while ensuring the team delivers high-quality customer service. This role requires a focus on enhancing portfolio performance and a strong ability to inspire and mentor your team to achieve their full potential.

• Team Leadership: Assemble and inspire a team of committed and aspirational location managers, motivating them to perform to the best of their abilities.
• Debtor Management: Effectively manage debtors and non-performing assets (NPAs) within your assigned area or region through your team.
• Customer Service: Ensure your team provides high-quality service to customers during the collection process.
