    We are hiring a Administrative Assistant is responsible for:

  • Accounts Receivable/Accounts Payable (AR/AP) for the Business Unit(s).

  • WIP/Accruals.

  •  Job Costing / Stock Transfers.

  • Purchase Order Entry.

  •  Tracks Backorders and credits with suppliers.

  • Updates PO and estimate templates based on vendor's updated pricing.

  • Project entry into SDG (industry specific software).

  • Payroll data entry functions.

  • Orders office supplies for Business Unit(s).
