Saccal is seeking to hire an Administrative Officer


Duties & Responsibilities
•Collect, authenticate, and appraise historical documents and archival materials

• Create and maintain archives for the collection for easy retrieval of information

• Research and record the historical significant, origin, and value of archival materials

• Discover and locate new materials and work towards their acquisition and display

• Keep updated log for all payment requests and payment settlements

• Keep updated log for all invoices and handover complete job file to accounting department
• Help category managers in issuance of purchases orders
• Allocate invoices to respective purchase orders and settlements




Qualifications & Requirements
• 2+ years of experience in related field

• Familiarity with Procurement Software & Microsoft Office
• Strong organizational skills
