JD - ServiceNow Architect (HRSD, PSM)

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
  • 12+ years of experience in ServiceNow development and architecture
  • Proficiency in HRSD, PSM and best practices
  • Proficiency in JavaScript, XML, HTML, and CSS for ServiceNow development
  • Experience in ServiceNow platform upgrades and version migrations
  • Ability to design and implement ServiceNow integrations with third-party systems using APIs and web services
  • Knowledge of ServiceNow CMDB and asset management
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) certification
