Role Overview
We are seeking a Senior Architect or Senior Architectural Technologist with strong technical capability and proven experience in cladding remediation and retrofit projects. The role will suit a confident Revit user who can lead technical design packages, coordinate consultants, and support compliance with current Building Safety legislation and Gateway processes. This is a hands-on technical role, working closely with project teams, clients, and contractors across residential and mixed-use projects.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and deliver technical design packages for cladding remediation and retrofit projects
* Produce and coordinate detailed Revit models, drawings, and specifications
* Ensure designs comply with Building Safety Act 2022 and associated secondary legislation
* Support and undertake duties relating to BRPD (Building Regulations Principal Designer) where required
