Job Responsibilities Assist the
Architectural Coordinator
in day-to-day site coordination and architectural works management.
Supervise and monitor architectural works to ensure compliance with
approved drawings, specifications, and project requirements .
Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams on architectural matters.
Carry out
RTO (Resident Technical Officer) inspections
and ensure works are executed according to quality and safety standards.
Assist in
authority and consultant submissions , including preparation of documents, shop drawings, and inspection records.
Monitor work progress, identify issues, and report site conditions to the Architectural Coordinator.
Ensure proper implementation of construction methods and rectification of defects.
Maintain site records, inspection checklists, and as-built documentation.
