Scope of work
Compartmentation / floor plans for Ground Floor + First Floor (based on my reference sketches).
Wall layout plans
External walls: AAC/BCA 300 mm + mineral wool, ventilated façade concept.
Internal partitions: ~120 mm, no gypsum board.
Door & window openings plans (exact position + dimensions)
Main entrance door: min 1400 mm width (height proposed by architect).
Interior doors: typical ~800 mm width.
Basic schedules: Door schedule + Window schedule (ID + size).
Mandatory functional requirements
Ground Floor (must include):
Living room
Office
Kitchen
WC
Boiler room
Kitchen pantry / dry storage (mandatory)
Exit to terrace
Terrace (must be zoned into 2 areas): 1. Dining/sitting area connected to kitchen and 2. BBQ/grill (mangal) zone
First Floor (must include):
Master bedroom with: Walk-in closet En-suite bathroom, with the toilet in a separate enclosed unit/compartment within the bathroom
