Job Description

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

A. GENERAL

  1. To study the contract documents and drawings and verify if there are any discrepancies among the drawings. All discrepancies shall be brought to the attention of the Design Team concerned;
  2. To ensure that all installation methods and material used are in accordance with the contract drawings and specifications;
  3. To liaise with the contractors and the Design Team in the checking and approval of shop drawings, catalogues and samples;
  4. To monitor and ensure that the site programme is in accordance with the approved construction programme;
  5. To ensure that the contractors maintain work safety, cleanliness and tidiness of the site.

B. TECHNICAL

  1. To check on site that all installation works are based on the approved methods;
  2. To ensure that the contractors complete all works for purpose of CCC inspections;
