Architectural Draftsman

Job Summary

Jacob Engineers is seeking an experienced Architectural Draftsman with a minimum of 10 years of experience to prepare accurate architectural drawings for construction projects. The candidate will work closely with architects, engineers, and site teams to ensure drawings meet project requirements and construction standards.

Location - Chennai

Preferred - Tamil Nadu Location

Key responsibilities

• Prepare detailed architectural drawings including plans, sections, elevations, joinery, and detail drawings

• Develop and coordinate interior detail drawing sets (flooring, ceiling, joinery, finishes, and typical details)

• Modify and update drawings as per design development, site conditions, and project requirements

• Prepare and draft approval drawings in compliance with local authority regulations and building codes
