Architectural Drafter
  • Working Days: Monday - Friday
  • Working Time: 9am to 6pm
  • Working Location: Balestier Road
  • Salary: $ 2300 - $ 2500
Requirements
  • Minimum ITE
  • Training Provided
Key Responsibilities
  • Proficient in AutoCAD
  • Able to read and interpret architectural and structural as-built plans
  • Basic knowledge in CP83 and able to prepare submission drawings including plans, sections and elevations
  • Basic knowledge in building authority requirements, such as SCDF and BCA
  • Past experience in preparing tender drawings, detail drawings is a plus
  • Basic knowledge in M&E system, such as automatic fire sprinkler system, air conditioning and mechanical ventilation system (ACMV) are welcome
