Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Architectural Designer to prepare complete construction drawing packages for residential, multifamily, and small commercial projects.

You will take approved design concepts and develop accurate, code-compliant drawings through the construction documentation stage.

Responsibilities

• Prepare complete construction drawing sets including structure, roof plans, and sections
• Review site plans, zoning requirements, and project feasibility
• Ensure compliance with New York building codes, zoning regulations, and ADA requirements
• Review drawings for accuracy, coordination, and constructability
• Manage revisions, project files, and multiple deadlines
• Coordinate with internal design and documentation teams
• Respond to project questions and requested drawing changes
