I am looking for a junior-level architectural drafter or beginner architect to refine an existing floor plan. The wall layout has already been completed and will be provided in PDF format. A hand-sketched plan with room names and accurate dimensions will also be provided.
Your task will be to develop a very well-organized, and presentation-ready floor plan suitable for client review. This includes:
• Adding all fixtures (kitchen, bathrooms, wardrobes, etc.)
• Applying clear and consistent annotations and text
• Labeling all rooms with correct names and sizes
This is a straightforward drafting assignment and does not require advanced architect.
Contract duration of less than 1 month.
Mandatory skills: Architectural Design, Autodesk AutoCAD, 2D Design & Drawings
